Half Payment Upon Booking

A non-refundable payment of one-half the base fee is due when you “book” our services. Therefore, please be certain you desire our services.

 

Booking occurs when we reach a mutually agreeable date, time, and location and we receive your initial payment. After we formalize the booking, we communicate with you to determine all of your needs, and then begin to build your customized training.

 

Travel & Lodging

Expenses for travel and lodging are highly dependent upon on our schedule, proximity to you, and need to travel considerable distances. Therefore, prior to booking we will determine our respective needs and reach a reasonable payment for these expenses, if they are in fact required.     

 

Cancellation

If you cancel the training, we retain the initial payment.  We retain this fee for two reasons.  Your cancellation comes after we have already provided you with consulting and development services.  Moreover, the cancellation of a secured date causes loss of income on a specific date that we cannot recapture.    

 

Date Change

We recognize life is not always simple and you may in fact need to “change” a date.  Rather than cancel and lose your initial fee, we prefer to provide you with our services.  We will stay as flexible as possible and agree to provide the training on a future and mutually acceptable date.

 

Payment Before Presentation

Payment for materials and the remaining half of the speaking fee is due before the start of the training. 

 

Client Responsibilities

You agree to be responsible for the following activities and tasks:

Providing Directions

Notifying the Attendees

Reserving Parking Space

Table and Room Set Up

Any and All Decorations

Full Food Service or Appetizers

Reserving and Paying for the Room

Planning Registration, Check-in, and Program Management

Providing staff and resources to manage and coordinate the daily schedule

          (You should delegate this task to at least two individuals)

Computer and Electronic Infrastructure and Speaker Systems

         (We will provide our own laptop and projector)

A more detailed questionnaire will be necessary to assist in the organizing of the training, once it is booked.
