Aaron Lance, PMP, provides expertise in project management and organizational development. As a professional project manager "PMP", Aaron provides quality leadership and effective management to diverse and complex institutional projects.

Aaron is committed to managing projects in a professional and effective manner. He strongly opposes fostering or rewarding a business culture of last minute firefighting

Aaron has a simple and direct motto. "We do not rush, panic, or put out fires. We use professional project management techniques to effectively plan, execute, and produce!"

As a business best practice, project management "PM" consistently and successfully achieves, and often dramatically exceeds, the project's goals and expected outcomes--on time, within scope, and on budget.

For the last twenty years, Aaron has worked for the private sector in high technology and software development. He has extensive experience as a trainer, group facilitator, coach, and team leader. He has served as a Customer Support Manger, Software Engineer, Product Manager, Project Manager, Project Control Engineer, Systems Trainer, and International Program Manager.

He is currently working for a large health care organization as Project Manager of the Project Manager's Office. He leads the implementation of a custom designed SDLC methodoloy, manages the training function for Line, Project, and Senior Management, and oversees the use of a proprietary project and portfolio management system.

Aaron holds an International Professional Certification of "Project Management Professional" from the Professional Management Institute (PMI). He is an active member of the local Portland PMI and the local Microsoft MPA.

Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Arts & Physics from the Honors College of the University of Oregon.
